The Orobay North Local Level Government

Orobay North Local Level Government is one of the Local Level Governments of Northern (Oro) Province, Papua New Guinea, comprising 12 wards from Ward 1 Buna to Ward 12 Bindari.

Governance Structure

The Orobay North Local Level Government is guided by the LLG Assembly, chaired by the LLG President and supported by the LLG Manager who heads the administration. Ward councillors, supported by ward recorders, represent their communities in the Assembly and oversee ward-level development.

Twelve wards — Buna, Garara, Otobejari, Konje, Kausada, Jinaga, Bakubari, Katuna, Oure, Aure, Dewatutu and Bindari — provide grassroots representation, ensuring community priorities reach the LLG agenda.
