Ward recorders submit monthly, quarterly and project reports directly to the LLG administration. Every report is reviewed by an administrator before it is downloaded or archived.

Each of the 12 wards has a ward recorder who keeps the ward register, records council meetings and submits reports on behalf of the ward councillor. Recorder names are maintained by the LLG administration on the wards directory.
